Lemonade

In different parts of the world, there are variations on the drink and its name. Pink lemonade and frozen lemonade are prepared regularly. Pink lemonade is often made pink by raspberry, strawberry, cranberry, grape and other berries in some combination; other combinations like raspberry lemonade, strawberry lemonade and blackberry lemonade are very popular as well.

Simple steps to lemonade:

Make the simple syrup, combine with the lemon juice, and then add more water or cold ice to dilute the lemonade to reduce its sweetness level.
If it is too sweet, remember to add more water or ice.
If it is too diluted, you may add more sugar to the lemonade.

Beef Bulgogi

Beef Bulgogi

Bulgogi is a Korean classic of marinated beef. It is one of the most popular foods among all Koreans. It is one of the country's most successful culinary exports.

The meat is seasoned with sesame and scallion, and has ripe pears in the marinade to tenderize the meat and add a characteristic sweetness. Round, pale yellow Asian pears are traditional, but normal pears are just fine.

Perilla is a common Korean herb. But if you cannot find it, you can try other herbs like shiso or cilantro.
